Overall Function:

• To promote private healthcare’s medical services to premium clients in the target segment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Increase revenue and expand patient base by capturing the potential market of China nationals living in Singapore.
• Build brand awareness, appoint and develop different channels and partners to grow its potential patient base.
• Leverage existing professional networks and establish new relationships with premium clients through marketing and networking efforts.
• Provide premium services and build sustainable client relationships through understanding their medical needs and offering integrated healthcare solutions and treatment options.
• Co-ordinate all aspects of our clients’ healthcare journey, such as providing doctor recommendations, facilitating appointment booking, chaperone services etc.
• Act as a liaison between clients and healthcare professionals, and work closely with all levels of healthcare personnel to deliver the highest quality care and service.
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives across various platforms such as social media and events to drive brand awareness and acquire new clients.
• Manage online content and marketing collaterals.
• Keep abreast of current affairs in the healthcare industry and analyse consumer trends to create successful marketing strategies and gain market share.

Requirements:

• Possess extensive network of premium clients.
• Demonstrated track record of providing exceptional service to clients

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage high expectations of client.
• Resourceful with excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Adept at using social media and digital marketing tools.
• Prior experience in the healthcare/medical industry is a bonus but not crucial.
