Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and articulate a clear strategic vision for the healthcare group, aligning with the organization’s mission and values.
• Drive the development and implementation of short-term and long-term strategic plans to achieve growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

 

Operational Excellence:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of medical services, patient care, and administrative functions.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the organization’s performance and make data-driven decisions for improvement.

 

Financial Management:

• Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring financial sustainability and prudent resource allocation.
• Identify opportunities for revenue enhancement, cost containment, and financial growth.

 

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, medical staff, patients, insurers, regulatory bodies, and community partners.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication among all stakeholders.

 

Innovation and Quality Improvement:

• Champion innovation in healthcare delivery, technology adoption, and patient-centered services.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of senior leadership experience in the healthcare industry, with a proven track record of success in executive roles.
• Strong understanding of private healthcare operations, including clinical practices, healthcare management, and regulatory compliance.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Demonstrated financial acumen and experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and revenue management.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Master’s degree or higher in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field (MD or equivalent medical qualification is a plus).
