Responsibilities
- Responsible for project fees billings and handle client related queries
- Tracking of Client fee settlement and follow up on overdue invoices
- Review of project – related reimbursement billings
- Ensure sub-consultants cost is accrued in order to do a back to back matching fee billings
- Oversee daily operation finance in area of AP and AR, inclusive of making sure payment is paid on time and receipts are applied accordingly
- Review of Staff claim, ensuring that claims are justifiable and according to the company policy
- Fixed Asset Management
- In charge of month-end financial close process, balance sheet account reconciliations and analytics
- Preparation of monthly reports on Company’s actual financial and cash flow position, ensuring that financial reporting is in compliance with local accounting reporting standards
- Perform monthly project P&L cost allocation and reconciliation
- Perform Quarterly GST submission
- Preparation of annual audited accounts
- Any other tasks or projects that may be assigned by Financial Controller
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years relevant accounting experience, preferably in an Architectural or consultancy company
- Meticulous, possess good analytical and problem solving skills with initiative
- Good communication, able to work independently as well as a team player
- Leadership experience is required
- Proficiency in MS Office
