Responsibilities

  • Responsible for project fees billings and handle client related queries
  • Tracking of Client fee settlement and follow up on overdue invoices
  • Review of project – related reimbursement billings
  • Ensure sub-consultants cost is accrued in order to do a back to back matching fee billings
  • Oversee daily operation finance in area of AP and AR, inclusive of making sure payment is paid on time and receipts are applied accordingly
  • Review of Staff claim, ensuring that claims are justifiable and according to the company policy
  • Fixed Asset Management
  • In charge of month-end financial close process, balance sheet account  reconciliations and analytics
  • Preparation of monthly reports on Company’s actual financial and cash flow position, ensuring that financial reporting is in compliance with local accounting reporting standards
  • Perform monthly project P&L cost allocation and reconciliation
  • Perform Quarterly GST submission
  • Preparation of annual audited accounts
  • Any other tasks or projects that may be assigned by Financial Controller

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
  • 3 to 5 years relevant accounting experience, preferably in an Architectural or consultancy company
  • Meticulous, possess good analytical and problem solving skills with initiative
  • Good communication, able to work independently as well as a team player
  • Leadership experience is required
  • Proficiency in MS Office
