Responsibilities:

  • Ensure overall customer satisfaction with electric car’s aftersales service.
  • Execute core processes for service activities.
  • Supervise team technicians to ensure efficient and professional work.
  • Collaborate with other departments to meet customer needs (timely delivery, customer service, repair quality, cost efficiency).
  • Take initiative for smooth and efficient operations.
  • Perform other assigned duties as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma, ‘A’ Levels, NTC 2/3 or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Mandatory possession of a valid Class 3 driving license.
  • Salary Range $2,400 – $3,500 per month
