Roles & Responsibilities :
- Business Process Improvement.
- Review and improvement process through digitalization utilizing Power Platform tools, automation and reporting.
- Support Office 365 Global/Regional project
- Working and support with Global HQ on their direction and project support in the region.
- Support promotion to the region.
- Support the promotion of Office 365 features in the region.
- Daily user operation Office 365 and PC desktop support
- Provide daily administrative and user support on Office 365 related issues.
Required Skill Sets:
- Diploma / Degree with at least 3-5 years of experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Power Platform development
- Knowledge on Microsoft Office 365 features
- Conducting Office 365 training and promotion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel Macro
- Knowledge in other programming languages
